Each founding partner served as a former executive for the nation’s third largest publicly traded shopping center REIT with a national portfolio of over 76 million square feet. Their experience has been gained through a broad array of real estate investment structures including wholly owned assets, joint ventures and third party advisory and management services. The members at Meritage have a successful history working together and within “best in class” executive teams at major institutional investment, development and land companies on diverse and complex projects.
