David C. Scholl, Development

Mr. Scholl has over 27 years of commercial real estate experience and is an expert in large-scale retail development.  As Senior Vice President of Development for Westcor, he oversaw the company’s ground-up development and redevelopment projects.  His experience covers all aspects of the development process including land acquisition, zoning, entitlements, city development agreements, infrastructure investment, proforma analysis, financing and development/construction management. His career has primarily focused on the development of over seven million square feet of regional shopping centers and over one million square feet of specialty open-air centers.  In addition he has significant experience with office and golf development. In this role Mr. Scholl has developed an extensive network of relationships with department stores such as Sears, JC Penney, Dillard’s, Macy’s and Nordstrom.
